In the event of NO SHOW or late cancellation, retention charge is applicable. Cancellation without penalty must be made forty eight (48) hours prior to arrival date..
Any amendments during the stay will also be entailed for retention charge.
A valid Original Passport and Visa, Govt ID must be presented at the reception during Check-In.
Check-In time is 14:00 hrs and Check-Out time is 12:00 hrs.
Late checkout request is subject to room availability . Late checkout till 18:00 hrs will be charged additional fifty percent of the room night tariff and after 18:00 hrs the full amount of the room night tariff.
100% Payment shall be before Check-In with an imprint of the Credit Card or Cash that covers whole amount of the stay.
A Security Deposit will be collected upon Check-In to enable signing facilities to the room.
A request for one (1) extra bed will be charged as per the applicable rate. The maximum number of extra bed / child’s cot permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request.
Outside food not allowed inside the Hotel
For group bookings (7 rooms or more) the cancellation period is 45 days after which 1 night retention is applicable. Cancellation within 15 days will be charged full retention.
